These terms are the agreement between you and llmwise. They cover how you can use llmwise, how paying for it works, and what each side is responsible for. If you don't agree with them, please don't use llmwise.

1. Who we are

llmwise (llmwise.ai) is operated by an individual based in the United States. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean llmwise.
You can reach us at hello@llmwise.ai.
Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and what we do with it.

2. What llmwise is

llmwise is one chat app for AI models made by several companies, including Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (GPT), Google (Gemini), xAI (Grok), DeepSeek, Moonshot (Kimi) and Z.ai (GLM). You choose a model and send a message, and that model writes the reply.

llmwise also has tools. They include web search, reading links, documents, spreadsheets and slides, running code, small live apps, images, research reports, memory, projects, connectors to other apps, and MCP servers. The pricing page shows which plans include which tools.

3. Who can use llmwise

You must be 18 or older to use llmwise.
An account is for one person. Don't share your account or your sign-in links, and don't sell or resell access to llmwise.
Don't create more than one account to get more free messages or to get around a limit.

4. Your account and signing in

You sign in with a link we email you. There's no password. Each link only works for a short time.
Anyone who can open your email can sign in to llmwise as you, so keep your email account secure.
You're responsible for what happens in your account. If you think someone else has used it, tell us at hello@llmwise.ai.

5. Plans and payment

5.1 Where prices and limits live

Our pricing page and How pricing works are the source of truth for:

what each plan costs;
what each plan includes;
how many messages you get on each model;
what each tool costs;
every usage limit.

Prices are in US dollars, except Pro for customers in India, which is ₹899 a month plus GST. Tax is added at checkout based on where you live, and you see it before you pay. If checkout shows your local currency, a currency conversion fee may apply. Checkout shows it before you pay.

5.2 The Free trial

Free is a one-time trial with a small number of messages. You don't need a card for it. It doesn't refill. Once you've used it, you need a paid plan to keep going.

5.3 Paid plans renew every month

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions.
You pay at the start of each monthly billing period.
Your plan renews automatically every month until you cancel.
Your monthly allowance renews on your billing date. Unused messages don't carry over to the next period.

5.4 Changing your plan

Upgrades apply straight away. You're charged the difference for the rest of the current billing period, plus any tax. We show you the amount before you confirm whenever we can calculate it. Your new allowance starts right away.
Downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. You keep your current plan until then.

5.5 Cancelling

Cancel anytime; you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. You cancel in Settings → Billing. After the period ends, your account moves to Free.
Cancelling doesn't delete anything. Your chats, files, memory and projects stay in your account.
You can resume your plan any time before the period ends.
Cancelling stops future charges. It doesn't refund the current period on its own. See 5.10 for refunds.

5.6 If a payment fails

If a renewal payment fails, your paid features pause until the payment goes through. Settings → Billing will ask you to update your payment method.
If you cancel while a payment is failing, your plan ends right away and the unpaid invoice is cancelled. You aren't charged for time you didn't get.

5.7 Top-ups

On a paid plan, you can buy a top-up to add to your allowance. A top-up is a one-time purchase, never a subscription.
A top-up is valid for 12 months from the date you buy it.
Top-ups are used after your plan's own monthly allowance.
Top-ups are used while you're on a paid plan. How pricing works explains what happens to unused top-ups after a paid plan ends.
Top-ups aren't available on plans billed in rupees.

5.8 Limits and fair use

llmwise shows how many messages you have left before you send. A message's price doesn't change after you've seen it.
Every paid plan has a published fair-use limit for each billing period. We tell you when you're getting close. If you reach it, usage pauses until your billing period renews or you buy a top-up. We always say why usage has paused.
Other published limits apply too, such as the number of replies per hour and the size of a chat. They're all on the pricing page.
We never charge you automatically for going over. When you run out, you choose what to do next: wait for your allowance to renew, buy a top-up, or change your plan.

5.9 Who sells your purchase: Link

Plans and top-ups are sold through Link. The seller and merchant of record is Sold through Link, LLC ("Link"), an affiliate of Stripe. Link charges your payment method, calculates and collects tax, sends your receipts and invoices, and handles refunds and payment support.
We're still responsible for llmwise itself: the service you're paying for.
Your card or bank statement shows the charge starting with "LINK.COM*". Your card statement and Link receipt may show IRA AI SERVICES, the account that operates llmwise's payments.
Your purchase is also covered by Link's terms, including the Sold through Link Terms, and by Link's Privacy Policy. Refunds, taxes and receipts follow Link's terms, and 5.10 adds our own promise about a paid plan's first charge.
You can see your orders and manage your subscription at link.com. You can also manage your plan in Settings → Billing.
We never see your full card details.

5.10 Refunds

Your first month back, if you ask within 7 days. If llmwise isn't working for you, write to hello@llmwise.ai within 7 days of the first charge for a paid plan and we'll refund that charge in full, without asking why. The refund goes back to your payment method through Link (Stripe). Your plan then ends and your account moves to Free. This covers a paid plan's first charge only, not renewals, upgrades or top-ups.
Refunds follow Link's refund policy for Sold through Link purchases. To ask for a refund, contact Link support at support.link.com.

If you live in the EU or the UK, you also have the rights your local consumer law gives you. Link's terms explain how to use them for your purchase.

5.11 If a plan's price changes

If we change the price of a plan you're on, we'll tell you before the new price applies to you. You can cancel before it does.

6. Your content

6.1 What "your content" means

Your content is:

what you send or upload to llmwise, such as messages, files, instructions, memory, projects, personas and skills; and
what llmwise creates for you, such as replies, documents, code, images and research reports.

6.2 You own your content

You keep your rights in what you send and upload. We don't claim ownership of any of it.
As between you and us, you own the output llmwise creates for you, as far as the law allows.
The AI providers' terms decide what rights exist in their models' output. Where those terms give us rights in output created for you, we pass them on to you.
Output isn't always unique. Other people may get similar replies from the same model.

6.3 The permission you give us

You let us store, copy, process and send your content only as needed to:

run llmwise for you, including sending it to the AI model and tools you use;
keep llmwise and your account safe; and
comply with the law.

6.4 We don't train on your content

We don't use your content to train AI models, and we don't sell it. We don't look at your chats except to help you when you ask us to, to look into abuse or a security problem, or when the law requires it. The Privacy Policy explains how the AI providers handle your content.

6.5 You're responsible for your content

Only upload content you have the right to use. Your content must not break the law or these terms.

Chats are private unless you share them. If you make a chat public, anyone with its link can read it. A shared chat doesn't show your memory, your project's instructions or its files. Attachments show only as "Private attachment". A reply's own words are part of the chat, though, so viewers can read them. You can make a chat private again at any time.

7. AI output can be wrong

AI models make mistakes. A reply can be wrong, incomplete, out of date or made up, even when it sounds sure. A cited source may not say what the reply claims it says.
llmwise isn't medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. Check anything important yourself before you rely on it.
You decide how to use output, and you're responsible for what you do with it, including publishing it or acting on it.

8. Models, tools and other services

8.1 AI model providers

Your messages are answered by models run by other companies. We reach them directly or through OpenRouter, a service that routes requests to AI models. Images made with a model marked "via kie.ai" are made through kie.ai, which receives only each image's prompt. The Privacy Policy lists who receives what.
Your use of each model must also follow its provider's usage policy, for example Anthropic's Usage Policy, OpenAI's Usage Policies, Google's Generative AI Prohibited Use Policy, xAI's Acceptable Use Policy, OpenRouter's Terms and, for images made through kie.ai, kie.ai's Terms of Use.
A provider may refuse a request under its own policies.
We may add, change or remove models. For example, a provider may retire a model or change its price. The pricing page explains how we handle price changes.

8.2 Tools that act for you

On paid plans you can connect apps (connectors, run by Composio) and MCP servers. The model can then read from them and act in them for you.
Actions that send, change or delete something ask for your approval first, unless you chose "Always allow" for that action. "Always allow" is never offered for actions that send, delete, move money or share.
Running code, backend apps and research reports also ask for your approval first, unless you chose "Always allow".
You're responsible for the actions you approve or allow. The apps you connect have their own terms. An MCP server you add is run by someone else, under their own terms.

8.3 Code and apps

Code you approve runs in an isolated sandbox for a limited time. It can't reach the internet except to install packages. Don't use it for anything section 9 forbids.

8.4 Other companies' services

We don't control other companies' services, including the AI providers, Link, Composio and the apps you connect. We aren't responsible for them beyond what these terms say.

9. Acceptable use

Don't use llmwise to:

break the law, or help someone else break it;
create, share or seek sexual content involving minors;
harass, threaten, defraud or impersonate anyone, or invade their privacy;
create malware, phishing or spam, or attack other systems, including from the code sandbox or through a connected app;
infringe anyone's intellectual property or other rights;
get around llmwise's limits, for example with extra accounts, scripts, or shared or resold accounts;
access another person's account or data, or probe, disrupt or overload llmwise;
break the usage policies of the AI model providers, or the terms of the apps you connect.

10. Suspending or closing accounts

You can stop using llmwise at any time. To delete your account, email hello@llmwise.ai from the email address you sign in with. If you have a paid plan, we'll cancel it.
We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if the law requires us to, or to protect other people or llmwise. Where it's reasonable and allowed, we'll tell you why first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
If we decide to shut llmwise down, we'll give you reasonable notice so you can save what you need.

11. Changes

11.1 Changes to llmwise

llmwise will change over time. We may add, change or remove features, models and tools. If we change a published limit, we update the pricing page first and say so in the app.

11.2 Changes to these terms

When we change these terms, we update this page and the "Last updated" date.
For important changes, we'll tell you in advance, by email or in the app.
If you keep using llmwise after a change takes effect, the new terms apply. If you don't agree with them, stop using llmwise and cancel your plan.

12. Disclaimers

As far as the law allows, llmwise is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise that llmwise will always be available, free of errors, or that its output will be accurate. Some places don't allow these disclaimers. If you live in one, they apply only as far as your law allows.

13. Limits on our liability

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, data or goodwill.
As far as the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim about llmwise is limited to the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid for llmwise in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit, or takes away consumer rights that the law says can't be waived.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where the operator resides, unless your local law gives you rights that can't be waived.

15. Other things

These terms, the Privacy Policy and the pricing page are the whole agreement between you and us about llmwise.
If a court finds part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
If we don't enforce part of these terms straight away, we can still enforce it later.
You can't transfer your account or these terms to someone else. We may transfer them if llmwise is transferred to someone else, and we'll tell you if that happens.
Model names and logos are trademarks of their owners; llmwise isn't affiliated with or endorsed by them.
