It depends on the job. In our test runs on September 27, 2026, DeepSeek V4.1 Flash passed the most prompts (49 of 50), and DeepSeek V4.1 Flash did best of the everyday models (49 of 50), which Pro gives 60 of a day. Start on an everyday model and move up when an answer matters.

Can I switch models in the middle of a chat?
