Of the 13 plans here, only ChatGPT Pro publishes a message count in its chat, for GPT-6 Pro; ChatGPT Plus gives an estimated range in Work and Codex. The others describe their limits in words (checked September 28, 2026).
Which plans include the newest models in the chat?
Several don't: ChatGPT Plus has GPT-6 Astra only in Work and Codex, and Claude Pro charges extra for Claude Fable 5.1. llmwise Pro ($20) has both in the chat, up to 31 messages a month each.
