Google AI Pro costs $19.99 a month and Ultra $99.99 or $199.99; in India, ₹1,950 and from ₹6,500. Ultra's limits are 5x or 20x Pro's, and only Ultra has Deep Think; Google publishes no count for either. llmwise Ultra ($100) has up to 900 Gemini 3.1 Pro messages a month.
