Here are 8 guides, one per AI company: every chat plan it sells, priced in its own words and dated, plus its API's price per message from llmwise's catalog. Three break the usual pattern. DeepSeek sells no chat plan, Kimi prices its plans in yuan, and Copilot Pro now opens as a Microsoft 365 plan.

ChatGPT: ChatGPT has 4 plans in the US: ChatGPT's free plan, ChatGPT Go at $8, ChatGPT Plus at $20 and ChatGPT Pro at $100 or $200 or $500 a month. None publishes a chat count: OpenAI says Pro's tiers differ in usage, without numbers, and Pro 200 takes new subscribers again. Through OpenAI's API, a typical GPT-6 Astra message costs $0.0750.
Claude: Claude has three plans: Free, Pro at $20 a month ($17 billed yearly) and Max at $100 or $200. Anthropic publishes no message count on any, and Fable 5.1 costs extra on Pro. Through the API, a typical Claude Opus 5.5 message costs $0.0300 and a Fable 5.1 one $0.0750.
Gemini: Gemini has a free tier and three paid plans: AI Plus at $4.99, AI Pro at $19.99 and AI Ultra at $99.99 or $199.99 a month; AI Pro is ₹1,950 in India. Google publishes multiples, not counts: 2x, 4x, then 5x or 20x AI Pro. Through the API, a typical Gemini 3.1 Pro message costs $0.0164.
Grok: SpaceXAI (xAI, now part of SpaceX) sells 4 SuperGrok plans: SuperGrok Lite at $10, SuperGrok at $30, SuperGrok Plus at $100 and SuperGrok Heavy at $300 a month, none with a message count. At xAI's price via OpenRouter, a typical Grok 4.7 message costs $0.0122; llmwise Pro ($20) has up to 250 Grok 4.7 messages a month.
