ChatGPT has 4 plans in the US: ChatGPT's free plan, ChatGPT Go at $8, ChatGPT Plus at $20 and ChatGPT Pro at $100 or $200 a month, the $200 tier paused for new sign-ups. Only Pro publishes a chat count: 50 or 200 GPT-6 Pro messages a week. Through OpenAI's API, a typical GPT-6 Astra message costs $0.0750.

Free, Go at $8, Plus at $20, and Pro at $100 or $200 a month in the US (checked September 28, 2026). OpenAI says Go pricing is localized in some markets, and it sells no yearly Go, Plus or Pro plan.
What does one GPT-6 message cost?
On Pro $100, 50 GPT-6 Pro messages a week is about 216 a month: $0.46 each if you use them all. Through the API, a typical GPT-6 Astra message is $0.0750; on llmwise Pro, an Astra message is $0.65 if the month goes to Astra.
Does ChatGPT Plus include API use?
No. ChatGPT's plans are billed apart from OpenAI's API, which is priced per token: GPT-6 Sol at $2.00 per million input tokens and $10.00 per million output.
