Short answer
ChatGPT Go costs $8 a month in the US, with local pricing in some markets. It raises Free's limits on uploads, images and data analysis, but OpenAI publishes no count, and Go's chat doesn't include GPT-6 or GPT-5.6 Sol. llmwise's cheapest paid plan, Pro, is $20: up to 31 GPT-6 Astra messages a month.
